NEW OVERSEAS AGENTS - We are looking for Agents Internationally to provide our customers with exceptional events.
The criteria we assess agents on are:
- Excellent understanding of the UK traveller (stag, hen and corporate).
- Groundhandling capabilities for large numbers of groups.
- Superb choice of quality activities and accommodation.
- IT Systems capability and content management.
Once you have demonstrated this we would invite you to visit our offices near London for a meeting. This is then followed by a visit by Freedom staff members to your location to visit a selection of suppliers, your staff and your offices.
Preferred Agent Agreement
Suitable partners are then issued with a 16 page contract including reference to:
- Payment terms
- Agent's Obligations
- Freedom Obligations
- Represenations, Warranties, Liability and indemnity.
- Term and Termination.
- Technical and Customer Service Level Agreement
