We strongly recommend that all of our customers read our “Terms and Conditions” prior to placing a booking. As Group Leader you are responsible for ensuring all of your group are aware of our Terms. Our Terms and Conditions are Industry Standard and we must uphold them at all times.

Please note the following:
1) Freedom secure ALL client payments in a Client's Account with HSBC. This guarantees 100% financial protection for you.
2) Freedom is a Tour Organiser working as an Agent for Principal Suppliers including hotels and activity suppliers. Full supplier details are provided in the booking itinerary.
3) There are no transaction fees for Debit Card payments.
4) Freedom have up to date Public liability insurance of £2,000,000 and Employers Liability insurance £10,000,000.
