Stag Clay Pigeon Shooting in Nottingham

In groups you will compete in the clay pigeon challenge. Each person will have 25 clays to hit coming from all directions with full instruction and equipment provided. Great fun and a massive thrill for anybody.
Our shooting ground near Nottingham has been established since the 1960s and hosts many national and regional clay shooting events - so what better place to come and try this olympic sport?
We have numerous shooting layouts offering different clay shooting disciplines so can cater for complete beginners or expert shots. We have six full time CPSA qualified shooting instructors and a number of affiliated qualified instructors who have a wealth of experience in shooting. Our instructors have numerous accolades including England Caps, UK Championship Titles, Regional Titles and County Titles. We also have instructors who are experienced game shooters so can offer coaching in game shooting protocol, safety and proficiency.
Included in the price of your shooting session is hire of a shotgun, cartridges, all safety equipment, tea or coffee and the delightful company of one of our expert instructors.
We have a range of different shotguns to suit your size and strength and use low recoil cartridges so you wont get any kick back.
Clay pigeon shooting is enjoyed by all, it is a sport where everyone can compete no matter what their age or gender.
Our club house on site serves hot food, and as part of the package you will receive a free hot drink and biscuits.

Tips:

Dress Code - Dress for the weather, ensure shoulders are covered. Wear trousers or shorts and sensible, comfy footwear that you are happy to get muddy. If doing a water activity don’t forget a change of clothes and a towel.

Notes:

Suitable from the age of 10 (approx) upwards depending on size and strength. Pregnant women are advised not to take part as we cannot protect the unborn baby's ears.

Location Info:

Transfer Time - We are 15 minutes from Nottingham's city centre and 10 minutes from Mansfield. Transfers are not included in the price but can be sourced if required. Only 5 minutes from Sherwood Forest and Centre Parcs.
