Stag Go Karting Indoor in Barcelona

A weekend favourite, come and race on an indoor track that will blow you away and test your driving skills to the max.

This is no clapped out warehouse in the back end of some grotty industrial estate, with only a wall of tyres to save you if you veer off. This is a purpose built multi-million euro facility designed by ex-racing drivers for avid Spanish karting fans. As you enter the huge interior, the ramp will take you up until you’re on the viewing balcony looking out over the track. The track has chicanes, a severe hairpin bend, a bridge section and a great flat out section.

After a refreshing drink in the F1 bar you will sign a waiver accepting all responsibility for your own driving actions and then head into the changing rooms. You will be given professional racing overalls and helmets. After a quick safety briefing, it’s into your cars, and you’re quickly out on the track battling for your best lap time. 10 minutes of racing is followed by a quick break followed by another 10 minute session. All times are recorded, so you can relax in the bar and pour over your race and lap times. Which one of you will be a budding Alonso, and get close to the circuit’s local karting drivers? 13:00 Guide meets you at your accommodation/convenient meeting point.
13:10 On coach to indoor karting track.
13:30 Arrive, have a drink and submit waiver forms (with passports) and racing nicknames.
13:45 Get changed into racing overalls and helmets.
14:00 Track safety briefing and how karts are best driven.
14:15 Start racing (2 time trials), going for best lap-time.
15:30 Podium presentation with cava for fastest racers.
16:00 After changing and a drink at F1 theme bar, back on coach.
16:30 Drop off at hotel, or central bar to watch football.

Notes:

Please bring your passport (for the insurance waiver) and don't wear sandals - you'll need shoes/trainers with a back to use the pedals.
