Stag Go Karting Indoor in Newcastle

Race 160cc karts around this indoor track, just south of Newcastle city centre. You will take part in an open grand prix event. Following a drivers briefing you will have 8 laps practice, six laps heats, semi final and then top six drivers compete in the final. Who will be crowned King of the track.
Racing suits, full racing helmets and gloves are provided.
The grand prix set up is as follows:
Practise session
3 x 10 laps heats each
1 x 10 lap semi final
Top 8 drivers will go into the final with trophies awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd and a bottle of bubbly for 1st place.

Tips:

Old clothing is recommended

Key Points:

We have two sites, one offers Grand Prix format and the other is an open sprint event.
30 minute sprint (minimum of 6 drivers)

Timings:

3 times available for the Grand Prix 10am, 1pm, 4pm these are start times all participants as requested to be at the track 30 minutes before the start time.
Please note groups who are late may miss their activity or have the duration of their activity reduced.

Notes:

Smaller groups can compete in a 30 minute Kart Sprint
